
Larah is a Brazilian-born physiotherapist with a passion for helping people reconnect with their bodies and overcome pain. Inspired by the profound impact physiotherapy had on her own life, she’s dedicated to assisting others in regaining function and living pain-free.
She graduated with her Physiotherapy degree from UDESC in 2021, one of Brazil’s top universities, followed by a Postgraduate qualification in Manual Therapy focusing on musculoskeletal injuries in 2023. She is also a certified Clinical Pilates and Yoga instructor. Her experience includes working with women recovering from breast cancer surgery, blending physiotherapy with a body-mind approach to manage chronic pain.
In late 2023, Larah moved to Australia, where she taught Pilates and Yoga to people with chronic pain, particularly lower back pain, using movement and mindfulness to promote long-term healing.
Her expertise lies in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, active rehab and chronic pain recovery management, helping active individuals manage pain while staying engaged in their daily lives.
Outside of work, Larah enjoys outdoor yoga, various sports, camping, and spending time in nature – passions that align with her approach to health.
She is fluent in English and Portuguese.
